Accupay Payroll calculates all federal payroll taxes each pay period, electronically transfers these tax funds from your bank account and remits them to the IRS on the appropriate date. We then complete and file all quarterly and annual payroll tax returns (Forms 941 and 940). You will receive a report each payroll detailing each of these taxes for your records. Additionally, you will receive a copy of all tax returns completed and filed by Accupay Payroll.

State Income, State Unemployment, and Local Taxes
Accupay Payroll Payroll Services calculates all state and local payroll taxes each pay period, electronically transfers these taxes from your bank account and deposits them with the appropriate taxing authority by the due date. We then complete and file all quarterly or annual payroll tax returns (May not cover all local jurisdictions). You will receive, with each payroll, a report detailing each of these taxes for your records. Additionally, actual copies of all returns and forms are available online.
